Terms & Conditions for Reporting & Searching Numbers

Last updated: 23 September 2025

1. Overview

The TA World Number Reporting System (“Service”) is a tool provided by TA World (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) to enable registered travel-agents to report phone numbers they believe were used in fraudulent activity or the services were not provided, and to check whether a phone number has been reported by other registered travel-agents. The Service is available only to registered travel-agents and related supplier accounts on TA World. By using the Service to submit a report or to search numbers you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Who can use the Service

  • The Service is available only to registered travel-agents and suppliers on TA World.
  • Public (non-registered) users and regular customers cannot access the report database or see results.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to submit reports.

3. What you may report

  • You may report telephone numbers that were used to attempt or commit fraud in relation to travel, booking, contracting, payment, or other travel industry interactions.
  • Preferably report numbers of travel agents, suppliers, or (in limited cases) clients who have acted fraudulently. Do not use the Service to publish opinions, political statements, or non-fraud-related disputes.

4. Accuracy & Evidence (reporter responsibilities)

  • When you report any number you must provide a clear description of the incident and attach a single PDF proof file (e.g., screenshots, invoices, messages). Do not upload information that violates privacy laws.
  • You confirm the information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. False, misleading, or malicious reports are strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension, legal action, and deletion of your TA World account.
  • By submitting a report you acknowledge that proof documents may be disclosed to the person(s) you reported (or to relevant authorities) in the course of verifying the complaint or during dispute resolution if required by law or if the reporter’s claim is challenged.

5. What TA World is (and is not)

  • TA World provides a platform for crowd-sourced reporting. We are not a law enforcement agency, detective service, or arbitrator. We do not investigate, prosecute or guarantee any outcome from a report. For criminal matters you should also report to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. (See guidance from public reporting authorities.)
  • TA World does not verify every submission before it is stored; reports are contributed by users and may be inaccurate. We make reasonable technical and administrative efforts to protect the database, but we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any reported information.

6. Liability & Indemnity

  • No liability: TA World, its officers, employees, agents, and suppliers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to reputation damage, lost business, or legal claims — even if TA World has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes damages arising from incorrect reports, delayed removal, or third-party use of stored data. (Standard limitation of liability language inspired by common T&C practice.)
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold TA World harmless from any claim, loss, damage, liability, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or from your submission of false or unlawful content.

7. Moderation, removal requests & appeals

  • TA World reserves the right to moderate, remove, or refuse to publish any report that appears abusive, irrelevant, non-compliant, or unlawful.
  • Removal requests: If an individual or company believes a number reported is incorrect and wants it removed, they must contact the reporter directly (the reporter’s contact details are not disclosed by TA World). We do not act as the intermediary for removal requests. If the reporter agrees to remove the report, they must do so themselves through their TA World account.
  • If the reporter does not agree to remove the entry, the reported party may contact TA World at admin@taworld.co.in with supporting documentation. TA World will review the submission and may take action (including disabling a report) if there is clear evidence the report is false, duplicated, or violates policy. TA World’s decision is final for the platform; for legal remedies parties should pursue appropriate legal channels.

8. Privacy & data retention

  • We process personal data contained in reports (phone numbers, descriptions, reporter ID, proof documents) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Reported numbers and related data may be retained for a reasonable period to preserve records, to support investigations, or to comply with legal obligations. As an operational guideline, platforms with similar functionality often retain report metadata for an extended period — e.g., some services remove reports after a retention period (see example retention practices).
  • You confirm you will not submit proofs that contain other people’s sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary and you have lawful grounds to provide it.

9. Email & communications

  • When you submit a report, TA World may send an automated notification to the site admin. TA World may also use contact information to reach you regarding your report. For support or disputes email: admin@taworld.co.in.

10. Misuse, penalties & enforcement

  • Misuse of the Service (including repeated false reports, doxxing, harassment, or sharing proofs publicly) may lead to suspension or termination of your TA World account, removal from the platform, and legal action.
  • TA World may disclose information to law enforcement or regulators if required by law.

11. Third-party sharing & legal disclosure

  • TA World may share report data with law enforcement, regulators, other relevant authorities, or service providers when legally required or to prevent serious harm. TA World may also share anonymised trend data to help agents avoid scams.

12. Changes to these Terms

  • TA World may modify these Terms at any time. We will publish the updated Terms on our site with the “last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh , India.

14. Contact

  • For questions, disputes, or to request review of a report please contact: admin@taworld.co.in
